Step 3: If I like what I hear in the 30min phone interview, what do I do next? You can book an introductory session 60min for £25, if you choose to start Personal Training I’ll give you back the £25.
If I do the introductory session am I tied into doing more? If you do our introductory session you don’t have to do any more sessions if you don’t want to.
Step 4: I liked the introductory session, how long are the full training packages? There’s a minimum 12-week starter course then it rolls month to month.
