If I like what I see in the Free VIP Members Area what do I do next? Contact me (Chris) and book an introductory session 60min for £25, if you choose to start Personal Training I’ll give you back the £25.

If I do the introductory session am I tied into doing more? If you do our introductory session you don’t have to do any more sessions if you don’t want to.

I liked the introductory session, how long are the full training packages? The Exercise for Low Back Pain Course is a minimum 24-week starter course then you can choose to move to our Personal Training 30 or 60 packages.

When I want to stop what do I do? Just give me 1 months notice and you can stop

What are the prices for Exercise for Low Back Pain? 4x 60min Exercise for Low Back Pain Sessions per month are £220.00, you can pay monthly by standing order or in blocks of 12 for £650.00.

That’s more than normal Personal Training? Exercise for Low Back Pain is Specialist Training, it is very different from normal personal training and I can’t guarantee you’ll find training like this anywhere else in Bristol.
